Let's see. This week was a melancholy one-lots of stuff to deal with in Champaign-not much encouraging news that I will be able to break even and borrowing from Peter to pay Paul. Add to that -not feeling well, working 6 days, no Easter plans, and no family around for the holiday. Yuck. All week was like Good Friday-time to reflect on what has been done for me- read the Easter passage in Matthew. Easter did come and it was a celebration.
Howard took me to church, we shared his fruit basket from work, walked Suzy ( called the fire dept. because a kid's fort was going up in flames-no kids in site- in the brush behind the middle school), packed Howard's big ebay sale, watched him do his taxes, ate and watched Desperate Housewives. Steady Howard saved the day again.
Faithful Nancy checked in regularly and encouraged me.
Today I'm feeling much better. Forge ahead.
