Flora renovations were completed last weekend so, on Sunday Howard and I made a trip down to check her out and take pictures. We did the cleaning to prepare for the sale. On Wednesday she was listed. Thursday night her realtor called to say there is a contract for over the asking price with a June 13 closing date. I'm thrilled but cautious until the loan is secured and the inspection complete. Please pray for no snags. Praise the Lord for His timing and provision of a buyer with such a clean offer. It is so grand to have good news.
